Chelsea Grandchamp (27 and a high school counselor) and Andrew Clark (27 and works in event production and management) met through mutual friends. Andrew proposed at the Denver Botanical Gardens while they were looking at the Christmas light display. Inspired by their favorite season, fall, the couple chose burgundy, champagne and gold for their color palette. The groomsmen even wore navy with burgundy ties while the bridesmaids wore champagne with burgundy heels. Chelsea and Andrew worked with Pink Posey Design to create the burgundy, brown and peach floral arrangements. The couple exchanged vows on the stairs of Grant-Humphreys Mansion in an intimate ceremony. They stuck to the fall theme with cranberry mojitos and apple pie on the rocks as their signature cocktails, and served six different flavors of cupcakes including white chocolate pumpkin and apple pie at the reception.

Chelsea added a pop of sparkle to her look with gold peep-toe heels.
“I definitely didn't want anything too big or overwhelming because I wanted people to notice me in the dress, not just the dress itself on my wedding day,” Chelsea says. “When I put my dress on for the first time, I definitely had one of those moments where I just knew immediately that this was my dress. I added a hand-sewn sparkly belt and a simple veil with crystals around the edge to add some bling to my look.”
The bridesmaids wore hi-lo champagne dresses with ruching to match the bride’s gown.
Chelsea carried roses, dahlias and berries in her fall-inspired bouquet.
The groomsmen wore navy suits with burgundy ties to match the fall-inspired color palette.
Andrew wore small flower buds and hypericum berries on his lapel for his boutonniere.

“We knew that we wanted a fall wedding in the evening so we wanted to pick a venue that had a nice setting for an outdoor ceremony with space for an indoor reception,” Chelsea says. “We loved how beautiful and elegant the mansion was on the outside and the fact that it was already nicely decorated on the inside so we didn't have to add a lot of extra decor other than our tables and centerpieces.”

“The dancing portion of the night was really fun and memorable because everyone got really into it,” Chelsea says. “I’m glad that Andrew and I danced the night away with all of our guests and I think it made everyone else want to join in on the dancing as well.”
