A Fall-Inspired Wedding at Aspen Mountain Chalet in Aspen, Colorado

Inspired by the early fall in Colorado, Lauren Sabo (25 and a special education teacher) and Dan Crawford (25 and a high school teacher) used shades of navy, orange, burgundy and yellow throughout the decor for a rustic wildflower-filled fete. Courtney Cochetas from Flowers Forever Design worked with Lauren and Dan to bring their vision to life with textured arrangements, including flower collars for the furry ring bearers, colorful bouquets for the bridesmaids and tree-inspired centerpieces. Since Lauren and Dan love the outdoors and hiking, they knew they wanted to get married on top of the world, and Aspen Mountain was it. The stunning aspen trees and evergreens served as the backdrop for their vows before they headed to the ballroom at Aspen Mountain Chalet, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and a 360-degree view of the Rockies. One of our favorite details was the adorable three-tier wedding cake, designed by one of Lauren's students and brought to life by Mulberries Cake Shop.
