A Dreamy Garden Wedding at Silverbrook Farm in Purcellville, Virginia

Shannon Puskas (28 and a human resources generalist) and Trevor Ikwild (26 and a financial professional) celebrated their marriage surrounded by family and friends at the picturesque Silverbrook Farm in Purcellville, Virginia. “A majority of our friends had never been to Loudoun County, Virginia, where we grew up and now live,” Shannon says. “We wanted a venue with breathtaking views and the hometown feel we grew up with. Once we found Silverbrook, all the other details fell into place.” Built in the mid-1700s, the historic bed and breakfast combined Loudoun County's rustic countryside with the charming aesthetic of Silverbrook’s farmhouse and manicured estate. White floral arrangements, rustic wood accents and overgrown greenery blended beautifully into the backdrop of Virginia’s countryside. Shannon and Trevor exchanged vows under a rustic arbor decorated in greenery, with the Blue Ridge Mountains and Short Hill Mountain majestically sitting in the background. The ceremony was followed by an alfresco happy hour with corn hole and cocktails and then a tented reception for dinner and dancing. —Marissa Hermanson
