A Craft-Brewery-Themed Wedding at Los Angeles Harbor Masonic Lodges in San Pedro, California
The brewery was brought to this rustic-lodge wedding, thanks to the centerpieces created with beer grains and bottle caps along with the recycled amber beer bottles with sticks of wheat. Christina Alvarez (26 and a certified pharmacy technician) and Arnold Prieto (26 and a commercial manager) had their craft-brewery-themed wedding at the Los Angeles Harbor Masonic Lodges in San Pedro, California, with a beautiful view of the Los Angeles Harbor on the outdoor patio. At the ceremony, the couple had a rye whiskey aging ceremony where they each pour a bottle of whiskey into a two-liter barrel to drink on their one-year anniversary. They were married at a white-draped wedding arch that was decorated with a variety of ivory flowers mixed with greenery, captured on film and photographed by Your Lovely Wedding. At the cocktail hour and reception, guests sipped from their choice of three craft brews as they mingled with one another, and eventually got situated at their dining tables decorated with burlap table runners and set with gold dinnerware. Guests took home their own bottle of home-brewed beer that was created by the couple, staying true to the craft-brewery theme. “As our wedding favors, we handed out our own bottled home brew,” Christina says. “I even ordered personalized labels for our Hoppily Ever After IPA. It was the cherry on top of our wedding’s theme.”
