A Country Wedding at Adaumont Farm in Trinity, North Carolina

rn The 400 acres of authentic nature—stunning lakes, growing fields and towering trees—at Adaumont Farm in Trinity, North Carolina, inspired Emily Jernigan (29 and a biologist) and Mark Wells's (38) au naturel wedding. And who can blame them? With the help of wedding planner Michelle Wright Events, everything from plantable seed-packet stationery by Forever Fiances to the hand-cut and -polished pecan tree place settings brought their theme to life. Wanting to give guests the entire experience of a country wedding, Emily and Mark even set up rocking chairs and lounges for guests to sit and talk over beer and wine from their home states (Pennsylvania and New York) while they took in the stunning vistas. Emily and Mark showed plenty of personality throughout the details, too, with details like the ultimate country bride-and-groom cake topper on the banana pudding confection. The animated version of themselves had her holding a gun and him donning a camo blazer. See all the country details, captured by Genevieve Stewart Photography, below.
