A Coral, Blue and White Destination Wedding at Luca in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

For Gina Van Roten (35 and a technology program manager) and Todd Van Roten (38 and an energy trader), there was no better spot to have their wedding than the Cayman Islands. “We fell in love with Grand Cayman,” Gina says. “It's a beautiful place with perfect weather, and it's just so intimate.” This concept was inspiration for their wedding. Gina and Todd kept to a 90-person guest list and highlighted the scenery with cool blue, coral and white details. White chairs and a matching white wedding arbor were the only accents for their beach ceremony. Their fathers, bridesmaids and groomsmen even wore a matching blue seersucker suit or dress to highlight the ocean's colors. When everyone came inside for a reception at Luca, the room was filled with lush florals from their planner and florist, Celebrations. Every table had multiple arrangements of coral roses, green hydrangeas and white garden roses to pick up the Caribbean's vibrant palette. Even better: Everything was caught on camera by AirVu’s drone! Gina shares a tip: “It's inevitable that things won't turn out exactly how you planned, but in the end it will be amazing and a memory you will have forever.” See every moment, shot by Daria Keenan Photography, below.

Gina and Todd left nothing to chance and chose Celebrations as their planner, florist and lighting design pros. The planner made sure guests were pointed to the right location, with funky rustic signs in mint, coral and white.
Gina and Todd really wanted to show off their gorgeous surroundings at the Carribean Club. They decorated the beach ceremony with white chairs, a white fabric-draped arbor and matching aisle runner. A coral sash was wrapped around the altar for the only hint of color.
Now this is an adorable family photo! Todd, their fathers and the best man picked out the same blue seersucker suits from JoS. A. Bank. (Their little ring bearer even had on a sweet matching suit.) Each man changed up the style with a different blue tie.
Gina chose a sweet two-piece wedding dress by Justina McCaffrey with a bodice covered in lace appliques and a classic ivory skirt. She found it at Now and Forever Bridal Boutique in Houston, Texas.
Gina wanted simple bouquets for her and her bridesmaid, but with super-bright flowers. She picked coral roses, blush roses and green mini hydrangeas to fill the arrangements. The stems were gathered in white ribbons by Celebrations.
Gina's bridesmaid matched the groomsmen perfectly. She wore a short, blue seersucker dress by Lauren James with a high neckline and deep-V in the back. Her bouquet was also the same as Gina's with coral and pink roses in between green mini hydrangeas.
“We thought the focal point of the wedding decor should be the beautiful natural surroundings and the turquoise waters of Seven Mile Beach," Gina says. For the poolside cocktail hour, only a few white tables with coral sashes accented the space.
Now this is not a typical chandelier! After a beach ceremony, Gina and Todd took their guests to a reception at Luca in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Celebrations filled the restaurant with these white chandeliers, which resembled dandelions over every table.
With bright hues all over the island, it's no surprise that the Cake Studio put a few into Gina and Todd's cake design. Yellow sugar hydrangeas and coral sugar roses were set in the center of their two-tier buttercream cake.
