A Colorful, Luxurious Wedding at Desmond Hotel in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Jessica Ranieri (in management) and John Erickson (a business owner) met at the gym. Jessica always went in the evening and John always went in the morning, but one day his schedule got messed up and he ended up going in the evening. From that day forward, he kept going to the gym in the evening to catch a glimpse of Jessica. The day he finally approached her, it was with a wad of paper towels and the terrible pickup line, "You look a little sweaty." Lucky for him, Jessica found it funny, and ten months later he proposed to her in a hot air balloon. This fun loving couple had a vibrant and luxurious wedding at the Desmond Hotel in Malvern, Pennsylvania. "We knew we wanted lots of flowers and lots of color for our summer wedding," says Jessica. With the help of Fortune Flowers, their event was blooming with different arrangements of roses, orchids, hydrangeas, sea lavender, bells of Ireland and greens. The outdoor ceremony was officiated by Jules Grisham. "He took the meaning of love, friendship and marriage and spun that into the amazing, heartfelt message that sealed our marriage," says Jessica. "Our guests consisted of a wide variety of religions and race and everyone let us know how amazing it was." At the reception, guests enjoyed an amazing selection of food, a fun photo booth and live music by the wedding band, the Heartbeats. This joyous, lively occasion was a beautiful way to celebrate the bond between Jessica and John.
