A Colorful, Guatemalan-Inspired Wedding at Brake and Clutch Warehouse in Dallas, Texas

Victoria and Alejandro may have met in Dallas, but the pair’s roots are in California and Guatemala, respectively. After a Pacific Beach engagement, they chose Dallas for their vows and let the décor transport guests to Guatemala. “Alejandro’s Guatemalan background and my love for fun, funky designs inspired our style,” Victoria says. The bright colors of Antigua, Guatemala, filled Brake & Clutch, and guests left the party with bracelets handmade in the country

.Orange and red patterned runners, hanging lanterns, and tropical flowers and greenery brought the Latin American design vibes to the post-vow fiesta. Victoria rocked yellow suede block heels down the aisle, but changed into dance-ready Vans for the reception. Partygoers took home custom koozies and tumblers reading “Los Castañeda Est. 2019” as keepsakes. “We wanted everything to feel fun and celebratory,” Victoria says.
