A Colorful Beachside Wedding at Citadel Beach Club in Isle of Palms, South Carolina

Linsey (33 and a market researcher) originally met Mark (33 and a software developer) at the University of South Carolina but didn't reconnect until six years after they both graduated and moved back to Charleston. Their first date was on a trip to Cancun Mexico and Mark proposed to Linsey on another trip—this time in South Africa. "He proposed on the beach at the Cape of Good Hope and we were the only ones there!" says Linsey. "We wanted a ring that would remind us of South Africa, so we picked out a beautiful one set in a protea—their national flower—while we were there," says Linsey.  This gorgeous couple are transplants living on John's Island... They love the absolute beauty of low country and decided to capture the essence of the holy city and Sullivan's Island during their engagement shoot and get married at the Citadel Beach House on Isle of Palms. We are fortunate to have been the ones chosen to document their beautiful day...
