A Colorful Beach-Inspired Wedding at Out of the Blue Waterfront Weddings and Events in Jupiter, Florida

Fifteen years after Corie Meneely (29) and Bryan Kunnemann (31) met in middle school, he popped the question on a boat ride around Jupiter, Florida. Bryan got down on one knee as she read “Corie, will you marry me?” on a sign hanging from the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. He then surprised her with a custom diamond ring as well as a party with their friends and family in the lighthouse.  Over the next 13 months, Bryan and Corie planned a coral and teal beach-inspired wedding in the same town where they became engaged. “We were trying to stay with the starfish, sand dollar and seashell theme. We both have such a love for the beach, boats, and saltwater,” says Corie. The waterfront ceremony was held near the lighthouse. Straw and coral ribbon-wrapped starfish were placed along lines of white folding chairs and a custom burlap runner. After Corie and Bryan said “I do” under a great banyan tree, their 120 guests moved to the Out of the Blue Waterfront venue for an outdoor cocktail hour complete with Jack Daniels meatballs and conch fritters. The couple then joined their friends and family members for an indoor reception decorated with neutral linen-covered round tables, white chiavari chairs, silver lanterns and lush rose accented centerpieces. Each guest found his or her seat with a starfish table number before they were treated to a seafood dinner and three-tier white wedding cake covered with chocolate seashells. Corie and Bryan enjoyed dancing with their guests and a personal last dance before ending the night with a festive bubble exit.
