A Classy Fall Wedding at French Creek Golf Club in Elverson, Pennsylvania

Emily Neild (26 and a teacher) and Jason DiOttavio (27 and in human resources) met while studying at West Chester University, after Jason asked a mutual friend to introduce him to her. Emily and Jason dated throughout college, and a few years later, Jason proposed to Emily during a trip to Hershey Park with a giant Hershey bar. Their lovely wedding took place at the French Creek Golf Club in Elverson, Pennsylvania. The color palette for their fall wedding included shades of cranberry red and pale pink. "We wanted our wedding to feel like autumn without going overboard with fall colors," says Emily. Her bridesmaids wore red Ann Taylor dresses and carried bouquets of red roses, hypercium and white hydrangeas while she wore a lace sheath wedding dress with a keyhole back and carried a bouquet of blush roses and dusty miller. Jason and the groomsmen complemented the ladies in the wedding party with red rose boutonnieres on their gray suits. The intimate ceremony was officiated by Emily's brother. Afterwards, guests enjoyed dancing and a three tier wedding cake in the French Creek Golf Club ballroom. As favors, Emily and Jason made donations to the American Cancer Society and the Alzheimer's Association in honor of their guests. "The wedding felt like us," says Emily. "It wasn't over the top, but it was classy, lighthearted and fun."
