A Classic Wedding at Tybee Wedding Chapel on Tybee Island, Georgia

Norma Bailey (31 and a banker) crossed paths with Justin Sterling (33 and a UPS driver) while she was back visiting her hometown. Justin recognized Norma from high school and eventually found her on Facebook. From their first date, the pair were inseparable and they spent two years planning their timeless Georgia wedding at Tybee Wedding Chapel on Tybee Island. "The ballroom was just a concrete slab when we booked it, but we put all of our faith in the chapel coordinators—yes, we booked a construction site!" says Norma. "Months later, we attended the grand opening and were amazed." They incorporated a gold, ivory and blush color palette throughout their decor for a classic feel and black chiavari chairs popped against the muted scheme. Norma worked with her favorite flowers—hydrangeas and peonies—along with fresh petals and candles to decorate her classic affair. "Our wedding weekend turned into a huge party and reunion," says Norma. "Our family is so very important to us both and we wanted to make sure everyone had a great time and had the opportunity to enjoy Savannah and Tybee."
