Constance (CJ) Orr and William (Bill) Patterson met online and hit it off right away when they finally went on their first date. About a year later, Bill proposed to CJ in a thunderstorm. The couple had their wedding at Heritage Gardens in Sandy, Utah. "They have these amazing large windows and well-lit outdoor patios with plants and a beautiful gazebo. It was also nice that they were both our wedding site and reception hall so people could come to one location and settle in for the evening," says CJ. The bride chose a strapless gown with a pick up skirt and a white headpiece for added elegance. The bridesmaids chose their own coral gowns to fit the wedding color palette of coral and mint, a beautiful spring blend that kept the atmosphere light and joyful. The groomsmen wore gray suits for a casual, laid-back look. The bouquets and flower decor included coral roses, ranunculuses and daisies with dusty miller and succulents. At the reception, guests enjoyed a photo booth and signed their own photos to add to the guest book. The couple opted for cupcakes instead of a traditional wedding cake and passed out succulent favors so guests could bring a piece of their wedding home.

Bill chose a princess cut solitaire diamond on a white gold band for CJ's engagement ring. "It was exactly what I would have chosen for myself," says CJ.
CJ didn't want to limit her bridesmaids to one style of dress, so she asked that they stick to a coral color when choosing their own dress.
CJ and her bridesmaids bouquets with coral daisies, roses, ranunculuses and green succulents to compliment the color palette.
The groomsmen wore gray suits to fit the relaxed attitude of the wedding. "I really liked how the gray went so well with the coral accents," says CJ.
"I love everything about the Heritage Gardens. It was nice that they were both our wedding site and reception hall so people could come to one location and settle in for the evening," says CJ.
CJ chose a pick up skirt strapless wedding gown. "I simply loved how it looked and fit like a glove," she says.
