A Classic Wedding at Forsyth Country Club in Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Between the blush and ivory peony bouquets, the white buttercream wedding cake and a stunning Monique Lhuillier trumpet-style gown, this wedding couldn't have been more classic. Lolly Hemphill (30 and an academic adviser) and Rich Nazario (28 and a US Air Force tech sergeant) didn't want anything too trendy for their day, and made sure all the details were nothing short of romantic. They weren't afraid to add a lot of personality, though, with the "Top Gun" theme song playing during their reception entrance and personalized "Love Is in the Air" koozie favors as a tribute to Rich's time in the US Air Force. Forsyth Country Club in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was the perfect location for Lolly and Rich's wedding, with its beautiful ballroom and giant veranda overlooking the lush golf course. Inspired by the natural country club, Lolly and Rich filled the space with stunning florals. The couple's friend used blooms from her backyard to create some of the centerpieces as a DIY project, and Green Bee Floral Designs created the peony and ranunculus bouquets.
