Claire Miller and Adam Duvendeck were born and raised in California, and they wanted a "SoCal vibe" for their oceanside affair. "When I found Dos Pueblos Ranch, I immediately knew it was the perfect setting for our wedding," Claire says. "The bluff for the ceremony and the seaside lawn for the reception were exactly as I had hoped for, and the privacy kept it intimate for our guests." The couple sent out a navy and white invitation with calligraphy, which introduced the day's neutral color palette. The seaside ceremony had minimal décor to let the ocean backdrop shine. Guests sat on white benches, and a wood chuppah framed the nuptials. "Adam is Jewish, and we had a Reform Judaism ceremony with his family’s rabbi and cantor. We also chose our ketubah to reflect who we are and the setting. It was made by an artist in Israel," Claire says. The reception included long family-style tables, which were decorated with eucalyptus, hand-collected driftwood from the Santa Barbara shore and tea light candles. "We also put out Adirondack chairs and blankets on the beach for anyone who wanted to enjoy the sand," Claire says. The bride stunned in a bohemian A-line dress with soft floral detailing and wore her hair in a half-up wavy style. Adam wore a navy tuxedo and brown leather shoes, while the bridesmaids donned navy and blue striped sundresses.
