A Classic Spring Wedding at Plantation on Crystal River in Crystal River, Florida
The sweet tulips and classic details in this wedding made it feel like spring. Stephanie Hincman (29 and a senior program director) and Daniel Nunnelly (28 and a trauma ICU nurse) started the day with a sweet outdoor ceremony lined in rose petals and surrounded by lush greenery. “My goal was for everything to be simple but beautiful,” Stephanie says. Her Essense of Australia wedding dress was nothing short of classic. She walked past rows of guests in a lace trumpet-style dress with an illusion neckline and silver beaded belt as Westover's Flowers and Events added a touch of color to her look with a picturesque bouquet of pink tulips, pink roses and white hydrangeas. Danny met her in a fun gray tuxedo he picked out with his best man. A pink bow tie and white tulip boutonniere accented his jacket as skulls lined his white shirt. Once they shared their first kiss, all continued the celebration at Plantation on Crystal River with an indoor reception. Each table was met with more white tulips in a pink bulb vase as low, personalized flameless candles gave off a soft glow. Each votive read “Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary day, love gives us a fairy tale” along the center. (How sweet!) Stephanie and Danny also gave their guests a few edible sweets, including snickerdoodle cookies and raspberry champagne cupcakes, before finishing the celebration with a song. “One of the best parts of night was just dancing and interacting with our guests and enjoying everyone being together to celebrate the day,” Stephanie says.
