Windsor at Hebron Park in Carrollton, Texas, is a great venue for couples who want to host their ceremony and reception in the same sophisticated space, complete with a grand staircase, high ceilings, oversize windows and pretty grounds with a lake in the back. For Jeanie Sung (32 and a nurse) and Gary Dea (32 and a financial analyst), it was the perfect place for their formal wedding. Culinary Arts Catering helped them customize the details from start to finish. The day began with a chapel ceremony, where three tall windows illuminated Jeanie and Gary as they exchanged their vows. Shabby Rose helped the couple create a forest of rose gardens at their reception with tall centerpieces of manzanita branches with hanging crystals and rose blooms. A highlight of the evening? Mobile DJ Services led the shoe game with Jeanie and Gary—they held each other’s shoes and answered questions about each other, which was a lot of fun for both the newlyweds and their guests. They encouraged their guests to participate by bringing out all the married couples to the dance floor for their moment to celebrate each other. Also, we love that Jeanie and Gary incorporated Korean culture into their day by giving each guest a traditional bag that symbolizes blessings. Gary’s light gray tux with a platinum silver tie set the tone for the modern, romantic wedding. He wore a simple white rose boutonniere, which perfectly matched Jeanie’s white rose bouquet and classic bridal style.
