A Classic, Modern Wedding at The Venue at 400 North Ervay in Dallas, Texas

Jennifer Carter (28 and an attorney) and Miklos Raibon (31 and a consumer products marketer) incorporated modern, fun touches into their classic, elegant fete.

“We wanted a space that had character and charm without necessarily being a blank canvas or hotel,” Jennifer says. The couple found their perfect match in a historic former courthouse, which lent a grand, architectural feel to the day.

Jennifer chose a hunter-green gown for each of her six bridesmaids after first falling in love with its matte satin fabric. “I liked that it was so different from the taffeta or chiffon dresses you normally see,” she says. To finish their fall-inspired look, each bridesmaid wore a single birthstone bracelet gifted to her by the bride.
