A Classic Mint Wedding at Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia, Colorado

Using a mint, gray, green and white color palette, Ali Will (22 and a marketing director) and Austin Fisher (24 and a senior sales representative) had a classic wedding that was totally chic. Their venue, Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia, Colorado, set the tone for the entire day with its naturally gorgeous grounds. “The view is better than a mountain wedding,” Ali says. “They have waterfalls, green grass, flowers and pine trees. It was close to where we both grew up, so it felt like we were having it in our backyard with a much better view.” We love the stunning florals in shades of blush and soft green arranged by Karen Novotny from the Garden Path that added a little romance to the space. “Karen at Garden Path is amazing and has an eye for everything,” Ali says. “I didn't question anything she did or said.” Another standout detail? The alternative centerpieces! Instead of classic florals, Ali and Austin had Gateaux Bakery create Tiffany-box-inspired cakes complete with white bows and fondant pearls. Eight of the reception tables were topped with the amazing cakes, and Ali and Austin got their own two-tier cake with a cascading blue sugar rose. Yum! There are so many details we love—see them all, beautifully captured by Melissa Yocum Photography, below. A couple of tips from Ali: “Don't try and implement everything you have ever seen done at a wedding into your day. Take in every moment: picking out invites, tasting cake, trying on dresses, having parties and registering. You'll never do it again.”
