Eric Smith (30 a wedding DJ) and June Naowarat (33, a nail technician) met through eHarmony after June’s best friend set up their first date. They ended up walking over to a bar near June’s apartment and spent hours getting to know each other. They continued to build their relationship and eventually took the step of moving in together. One night June came home from work and saw what looked like Eric cleaning under their bed. Earlier that week, Eric had gotten upset at her about being neat, so it was a believable conclusion. Instead, Eric popped up with a bottle of champagne and a card to go with it. After June finished reading the card, Eric presented her with the engagement ring in a box. The couple had their wedding ceremony and reception at Bertram Inn & Conference Center in Aurora, Ohio. Eric's groomsman conducted the ceremony as the couple stood in front of an elegant white, linen backdrop. After the ceremony was finished, the space was transformed for the reception decked out in a navy, gold, lime and pink-purple color palette. Dining tables were decorated with two candelabras that held lit candles and small arrangements with assortments of hydrangeas, garden roses and orchids. “The day was the perfect blend of fun, emotion, class, and debauchery,” says June. “Turned out more perfect than either of us imagined.”

The ivory strapless wedding dress had a lace accented top with a long, ruffled skirt that was divided by a crystal belt.
June wore a pair of navy open-toed heels on her wedding day, with a silver and crystal pendant on the toe.

“The ceremony was short and sweet in the reception space,” says the couple. “Eric's groomsman and boss performed the ceremony with a perfect tone to match June and Eric. There were also two readings from children's books “I Like You” and “The Little Yellow Leaf.”

Gold framed table numbers in blue and yellow were positioned at each reception table.
Glass candelabras held lit candles and were filled with lush hydrangea arrangements, making up the centerpieces for dining tables. The candelabras were surrounded by lit candles as well.

Dining tables were dressed in white tablecloths along with blue napkins and table runners. Each table was decorated with glass candelabras filled with hydrangea arrangements.
The white wedding cake was three tiers tall, and at each base the layer was wrapped wit navy blue ribbon. The sides and top of the cake were decorated with green hydrangeas.
