It was chemistry that brought Rachel Addy (30, a pharmacist) and Nicholas Marra (33, also a pharmacist) together—both literally and figuratively. The couple met walking to pharmacy school orientation at Rutgers University, and after a year of close friendship began dating. About five years later—and with two pharmacy degrees under their belts—Nick proposed on the beach on Christmas Day surrounded by Rachel's family. They chose The Oyster Point Hotel based on it's location close to the water and its fabulous food. Their late September date inspired an autumnal color scheme of burgundy, yellow and orange, which they brought to life with cheery sunflowers and gerbera daisies.

The wedding invitations were packed in a burgundy gatefold envelope.
Rachel carried an autumn inspired bouquet of magenta dahlias, sunflowers and gerbera daisies.
Rachel wore a strapless, satin fit and flare wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline and a ruched bodice by Sottero and Midgley.
Rachel's bridesmaids wore knee-length, sangria dresses with a sweetheart neckline by Bill Levkoff.
Nick wore a BLACK by Vera Wang tuxedo finished with a timeless white tie.
The groomsmen wore classic black tuxedos with purple ties that matched the bridesmaid dresses.
A wall of windows overlooking the Navesink River served as Rachel and Nick's ceremony backdrop.
Rachel and Nick's ceremony took place just before sunset inside The Oyster Point Hotel.
