Stephanie Mallett, 28, a social worker, and Kiel Henderson, 28, met through mutual friends. After dating for eight years, Kiel proposed at Seven Falls in Colorado Springs, Colorado. β€œIt was beautiful and there was no one there but the two of us,” Stephanie says. The couple wanted a classic romantic wedding. They exchanged vows in an outdoor ceremony overlooking the city of Denver, which was followed with a tented reception complete with full, white drapery and string lighting. They used shades of pink and white paired with black accents for a clean, chic look.

Kiel proposed with an antique engagement ring. β€œAt first glance it looks like a princess cut, but it's actually round in a square setting,” Stephanie says. β€œNothing like I've ever seen before!”

Stephanie wore a strapless A-line wedding La Sposa dress with lace detailing from M2 Milan in Houston, Texas. Keil’s aunt made her veil.

Stephanie carried peonies, hydrangeas and anemones for a romantic, classic look.
The bride’s bouquet was wrapped with a piece of lace and completed with a pearl and crystal brooch for a soft, romantic feel.

Stephanie and Kiel enjoyed a two-tier white wedding cake, white cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry jam, topped with fresh coral peonies and garden roses.
Stephanie and Kiel danced to "I'll Follow You" by Shinedown.
Guests took home homemade dried lavender bud sachets wrapped with brown ribbon. rn
