Ashley McCauley and Tim Adleman had a classic formal celebration for their destination wedding. The ceremony took place in a Catholic church, and the bridesmaids' pink bouquets decorated the altar. Postceremony, guests headed to a reception at The Betsy Hotel, a boutique property nestled in the heart of South Beach, Miami. The couple paid homage to Tim’s career as a professional baseball player with their escort cards, since guests’ names were “autographed” onto baseballs. Along with that, each table was named after a city where Ashley watched Tim pitch a baseball game. The reception tent came to life with ghost chairs, light gray linens, greenery arrangements and glass vases with flickering candles. Each table had its own décor scheme, and the dinnerware included gold flatware, striped chargers and marble plates. Tropical green trees also dotted the background of the clear tent. The couple's menu had a "bistro pub casual" feel with tableside offerings of burgers, tacos, or cacio e pepe.
Our favorite #MakeTradition Moment: Late night snacks included mini soft pretzels, pizza and grilled cheese. The groom, being a popcorn connoisseur, provided an old movie popcorn machine with an assortment of flavors.
