A Classic, Bohemian Wedding at Bellara Receptions in Eltham, Victoria

Gretta Little (27 and a hairstylist and beauty blogger) and Patrick Little (30 and a student) met while Pat was working a coffee shop where Gretta would frequently go. Pat was playing in a local band at the time and invited Gretta to a show. Gretta admits that she did go to the show but was too shy to talk to him. Patrick later asked Gretta for a haircut which ultimately led to their first date. Pat and Gretta planned a trip to New York together where one night, Pat took Gretta to a romantic dinner and a Broadway show. They ended the night at a rooftop bar overlooking the Manhattan skyline where Pat proposed. They decided to have their wedding at the Ballara Receptions in Eltham, Victoria where its beautiful gardens made for a scenic setting. "We were wanting to create a blend of classic, romantic and bohemian," Gretta says. Their color palette was neutral colors with a pop of burgundy. Bouquets were lavish with mixes of red and burgundy roses, orchids and spider chrysanthemums with greens. Gretta wore a long-sleeve, lace dress with a cathedral veil and a unique jeweled headpiece adding to the bohemian style. The wedding was not only beautiful but also a true family affair. Gretta's father walked her down the aisle, both of Gretta and Pat's sisters read readings and Pat's brother presented their rings. "I think our ceremony was truly a reflection of us," Gretta says. "It was intimate, personal and a little humorous."
