A Classic Blush and Ivory Wedding at Shadow Glen Golf Club in Olathe, Kansas

With a timeless ivory and blush color palette, Lindsey Rogers and Josh Taylor had a classic wedding in Kansas. The high ceilings, gold chandeliers and round stained-glass window at the altar of Old Mission United Methodist Church set the romantic tone for the day. The bridesmaids chose their own blush dresses for a personalized-but-uniform look, while the groomsmen wore taupe suits without jackets and with white ties. The ring bearers stole the show, though, with their vintage pageboy-inspired look complete with taupe hats and blush bow ties. One even carried a chalkboard down the aisle that said, “Hurry up! I want cake.” The Shadow Glen Golf Club continued the classic vibe with tall gold centerpieces including dahlias, roses and silver brunia for the outdoor soiree. Lindsey and Josh enjoyed a white buttercream cake topped with blush and ivory roses and danced on the patio with the shabby-chic, but modern, club as the backdrop.
