A Chemistry-Inspired Wedding at Ram's Head Inn in Galloway, New Jersey

After meeting at work, Kimberly Herman (27 and a chemistry teacher) and Kyle Herman (29 and a chemistry teacher) knew exactly what wedding style they wanted. “Our theme for the night was garden party meets nerdy chic,” Kimberly says. The entire celebration at Ram's Head Inn in Galloway, New Jersey, was chemistry inspired. They even had atom emblems on the ceremony programs, a protective-goggle display on the gift table, periodic table of elements escort cards and lush centerpieces in lab beakers. "All these little touches reflected our love for teaching chemistry and each other," Kimberly says. A bright orange, green and purple palette tied everything together.
