A Charming, Romantic Wedding at The Confederate Home & College in Charleston, South Carolina

LeAnn Tune (25 and a nurse) and Justin DePriest (33 and a worker in the steel industry) held their romantic, charming wedding at The Confederate Home, surrounded by the Charleston aesthetic: a romantic courtyard, beautiful old brick fountain, sweeping palm trees, and a large, old oak tree. A color palette of pale pink, white, cream, gold, and gray, rounded out the romantic, southern look of the wedding. The couple held their ceremony outdoors underneath the large oak tree, which was decorated with twinkling, stringed lights hanging from the branches. Twinkling lights were worked throughout the entire decor, with the reception hall lit by romantic candlelight and amber uplighting. The tables were decorated with simple arrangements of white hydrangeas and roses, displayed in tall, clear vases. In keeping with the romantic theme, LeAnn wore an off-the-shoulder lace dress, while her bridesmaids wore blush pink dresses. A unique touch to the wedding? Justin loves baseball, so the ring bearer walked down the aisle carrying the rings (which were nestled in a baseball) in a catcher's mitt!
