The First Dance
Sara’s bouquet was a mix of white peonies, roses and raw cotton. Charms of loved ones who had passed away were a meaningful addition.
Projected onto the brick walls for the reception was the word “love”—which also happens to be Craig’s last name!
Look familiar? The design in the fondant was made to look just like Sara’s dress. There’s even a “crumb-catcher” topper!
Exposed brick, wooden beams and tons of natural light meant the couple needed to add very little extra décor to the ceremony space.
Sara’s maids held bunches of craspedia, yellow roses and raw cotton.
The ceremony pomanders were repurposed for the reception centerpieces and placed atop tall pilsner vases filled with whole lemons.
Sara’s six bridesmaids each wore the same floor-length Monique Lhuillier gown in their choice of gray or navy. The groomsmen coordinated in graphite suits and yellow-and-navy ties—a gift from Craig.
Ceremony programs were tied to each chair with ribbon, and pomanders decked the chairs along the aisle.
