A Bohemian Wedding at Hunter-Gatherer at Curtiss Wright Hangar in Columbia, South Carolina

Early in the wedding planning process, Grant LeFever stumbled upon a V-neck sheath wedding dress with trumpet sleeves and floral beading, which she bought online immediately. This dress became the inspiration for her wedding to Steven Messier —"a touch of bohemian with whimsical flowers, flowing fabrics and pops of bold color," she says. "We chose a palette of silver, blues and burgundies, which seemed fitting for a November wedding and were played up through the flowers and fabrics." The ceremony took place at City Roots Farm, a sustainable and urban farm in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. The natural ceremony site was transformed with white draping and a circular flower arch, while Persian rugs lined the wood chip aisle. The bridesmaids wore different styles and hues of blues, grays and floral-print dresses, while Grant carried a bouquet of bold red peonies and white anemones. After the ceremony, the newlyweds had a reception at Hunter-Gatherer at Curtiss Wright Hangar, a historic airplane hangar turned brewery. The clear reception tent had pops of bold burgundy, navy and bluestone decorations. 
Our favorite #MakeTradition Moment: "We had my mother officiate the ceremony," Grant says. "She performed a Celtic handfasting ceremony using a braided cord with eight lockets attached, each containing mementos of significance from our families."
