A Bohemian DIY Wedding at Leroux Creek Inn and Vineyards in Hotchkiss, Colorado

Cassidy, 26, a theatre artist, and Eric, 26, a french teacher, met in college and were together seven years before getting married. Cassidy and Eric had 20 guests at their intimate wedding weekend. “Our best decision was to keep our wedding tiny,” Cassidy says. “Not because we wanted to exclude anyone, but because we wanted to be totally present with each of our guests to celebrate. It was relaxing and magical.” Inspired by a traditional Berber necklace that was given to Cassidy while she was traveling in Morocco, the couple created a bohemian vineyard wedding with a blue, yellow and pink color palette. Their friends and family pitched in for the DIY details, which included everything from the flowers to the cake. The couple and their guests drank wine from Leroux Creek and danced into the night to The Scones. “We didn't do anything that we had to, only exactly what we wanted to,” Cassidy says. “And it made all the difference.”
