A Beach Wedding at Rick Seltzer Park in Panama City Beach, Florida

Dawn, 42, and Gena, 44, had a beach wedding at Rick Seltzer Park that included their son in the ceremony. Both felt having an ocean backdrop was symbolic of their endless love for each other, says Dawn. Their wedding colors were bright orange and Malibu blue. After their flower girl dropped bright orange flower petals, the couple walked up the aisle with their son, Kole. Dawn wore a white strapless A-line wedding dress with a Malibu Blue ribbon through its corset back. Gena chose a white linen vest and matching pants with a Malibu blue shirt. Their son complemented the two with a white linen shirt and pants. Dawn and Gena were married under an orange, white and blue chiffon decorated arch. Afterward, the couple had a reception on the beach by their condo. Their guests enjoyed finger sandwiches, hot wings and southwest egg rolls, among other foods, while listening to a playlist created by the couple. "Friends and family are very important to us and it meant a lot that so many were able to make the trip from Missouri and Illinois," says Dawn. Dawn and Gena had personalized candles, beach balls, glow bracelets and necklaces available for their guests as wedding favors.
